  • Daily supervision and instruction on our working ranch. Instruction given on Western riding techniques in the fields and on trail to all riding abilities. Lead trail rides.
  • Supervision of 4-5 senior staff wranglers, help develop lesson plans, oversee "Ranch" and "Circle A Riders" programs
  • Interest in teaching horseback riding a must, experience preferred. Min. 21 years old., 10.5 - 15 week committment, 10-day paid staff training
  • All staff members will be trained in American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid, some will also have the opportunity for American Red Cross Lifeguarding at no additional cost.

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead overnight, off-site adventure trips in Wisconsin and Michigan. Whitewater raft, rock climb, sea-kayak, canoeing, fishing
  • Requires a valid drivers license and driving of a 14-passenger bus or vehicle with trailer (training provided). Must be a current lifeguard or willing to obtain certification.
  • Must have an interest in adventure tripping with early teenage kids. Must have Hard physical skills (set up tent, camp stove,etc.) and Soft skills (teambuilding, cooperation) and be willing to teach on the trail.
  • 10.5 - 15 week committment, 10-day paid staff training, American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid, Lifeguarding required and available at no cost.
