- The Mountaineering Program includes a high ropes course, rock climbing - indoor and outside, backpacking - overnights, day hikes, several day backpacking trips, and caving. Mountaineers need to possess strong leadership and organizational skills with orienteering, first aid, climbing and backpacking skills, and ropes facilitation.
- Staff must have extensive experiences in an outdoor setting. WFR (preferred), WAFA, or WFA required. Outward Bound, NOLS, or the equivalent; graduate preferred.
- Salaries are individually determined and based on your age, experience, and skills. Housing, food, and laundry are provided. All staff have 36 hours per week leave.
